He introduced an array of new features to help users become more productive, massively simplified the administration experience, and designed a smooth, non-disruptive transition from the old to the new version of the product. Gopal also led the product team efforts in implementing new Pricing and Packaging for Gainsight in a scalable and future-proof manner, where he collaborated with the PM team to define feature-level behavior of each product area against new packages and finalized the Add-on pricing strategy.
